Every song carries a story.
Neha Jetley is a Los Angeles-based vocalist who performs Ghazal, Sufi, Qawwali and classic Bollywood for corporate and cultural programs. Before each song she tells the room what it is about: who wrote it, what they had lost, why it is still sung. The result is an evening where people who grew up with the music and people hearing it for the first time lean in together.
She began training in Indian classical music at age seven in New Delhi and went on to earn a master's degree in the discipline. She then spent two decades in corporate finance, first as an investment banker in New York and later as founder of a fintech company focused on financial inclusion in India. She moved to Los Angeles in 2022 and now works on releasing music and performing full-time.
Chaandni Raatand the stages since
In April 2026 she presented her signature concert, Chaandni Raat: The Broad Mehfil, at The Broad Stage in Santa Monica, a modern interpretation of the traditional mehfil that blends music, poetry, storytelling and cultural history. In September 2026, she performed at the Los Angeles debut of the Jaipur Literature Festival. Other appearances include Festival of Tabla, Los Angeles India Fashion Week, Malabar Gold and Diamonds, and the Electric Lodge in Venice.

Her recordings with Bappa B. Lahiri, including Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo, Ranjish Hi Sahi, Tum Itna Jo Muskura Rahe Ho and Dama Dum Mast Kalandar, are on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and all relevant streaming platforms.
